3 Day Diet Plan - Not Dr. Recommended
You can only eat 1000 calories a day on the 3 day diet plan. There is an assigned meal plan with the 3 day diet so you know exactly what foods to eat on your diet. It is easy to have the foods you need for the diet if you bring the meal plan with you when you do your grocery shopping or use the diet as the planning guide for your grocery list. The foods on the diet are chosen because they are the ones you need to be able to burn up the extra calories and help you lose weight.
While you are on this diet, you should never skip any meals. It could be very dangerous to eat less than 1000 calories a day on any diet plan. You should drink 6 – 8 glasses on water each day to flush out the calories your body burns on the diet. This diet cuts all the fat out of your meal plan, even when preparing the food.
You should never follow this diet plan for more than 3 days at a time. Some of the people who have used this diet and have lost weight used the diet plan for three days of the week and ate regular a regular diet for the remainder of the week.
With this diet, you can lose as much as ten pounds a week just be eating the foods in the diet plan. Most doctors do not recommend the 3 day diet because of this fact. They believe that a healthy diet plan should let you lose about 2 pounds a week and condemn the diet as being dangerous.
