You can lose weight quickly and safely with the South Beach diet plan. The South Beach diet plan teaches you how to eat properly by planning your diet. This diet plan helps you to lose weight and keep it off. There are three phases to this diet:
Phase 1: This phase of the South Beach diet lasts for two weeks. During this period, you eliminate all foods containing processed carbohydrates from your diet.
